Doce Faro Niente Apartment

Très bel appartement, piscine belle et juste à l’ouverture de la fenêtre. Excellemment bien situé.

El apartamento es una monería, equipadísimo con todo: lavavajillas, lavadora, tendedero, tabla y plancha, etc., incluso una sombrilla de playa. Todo tipo de menaje. Un detallazo es que nos dejaron una botella de agua, aceite de oliva, café, infusiones, etc. La cama comodísima y el sofá cama también. Preciosa la piscina, con acceso nada más salir al patio del apartamento de la planta baja, así como las mesitas de fuera. Estuvimos muy cómodos y todo es muy nuevo y bonito. Ubicación excelente, a un paso del centro de Faro.

La recepción, ya que el chico sólo hablaba inglés y muy rápido. Trató de ir más despacio pero era difícil entender algunas cosas. El impuesto municipal eran 9€ pero sólo teníamos un billete de 10€. Se lo dimos y no hizo ni el amago de devolvernos el euro de sobra, se lo quedó. Aunque sea una cantidad insignificante, no nos pareció correcto. Que pidan una fianza de 150€ que luego devuelven como a los 5 días de dejar el apartamento. Que mandan muchísima información por adelantado por email/wassap, incluso recomendando sitios para comer, pero que no te den mejor esas recomendaciones en persona, en el momento de la entrega de llaves.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern da (5 und 8 Jahre) und sie haben den Pool (in dem auch der 5-jährige stehen konnte) und die Terrasse geliebt und wären am liebsten von morgens bis abends da geblieben. Das klimatisierte und geräumige Appartement mit direktem Zugang zum Pool war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Yavuz und seine Kollegen/innen waren extrem bemüht, dass alle Wünsche erfüllt wurden. Außerdem konnten wir schon morgens gegen 10 Uhr einchecken, obwohl Check-in eigentlich zwischen 16:00 - 23:00 war.

Das einzige war (bei 4 Personen), dass die Couch im Wohnzimmer als Bett für 2 Personen auf zwei verschiedenen Höhen und nur einer großen Decke (haben umgehend eine weitere Decke bekommen) nicht optimal war. Zumal bei uns immer ein Erwachsener mit einem Kind zusammen geschlafen hat. So war, wenn die Kinder im Bett waren, kein Raum mehr zum Verweilen, jedoch haben meine Frau und ich es uns dann auf der Terrasse gemütlich gemacht.

The apartment is incredible, much better than in the photos. The room is large and the bed is huge and very comfortable. The bathroom is also big. The living room is large and the sofa bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is good and gets sun in the morning and afternoon,. We loved everything. Check in was very easy..

If you have a problem with light, the brightness in the morning in the bedroom and living room may be a bit annoying, because despite having curtains, they cannot keep the room dark in the morning, as they do not have a blackout. For us it wasn't a problem as we like to wake up early and enjoy the day. The floor of the shower stall is a little slippery, you need to be careful. The bathroom door latch was loose.

Perfect location (at end of a pedestrian street with lots of dining options) and very well appointed apartment which had all modern amenities in kitchen and throughout. Large king size bed was a surprise - the platform only ever shows beds as ‘large double’ and hard to know what this is. Easy check in and responsive host

Our only disappointment was the pool. Water was cloudy. We raised this with host and it was quickly checked and adjustments made but not in time for our short stay. Construction is happening everywhere in Faro but this was not a problem

Really close to the centre. The pool was lovely and being on the ground floor was convenient as well. Property had everything you needed

Could’ve done with some extra sun loungers and seating. The pool got quite busy and there wasn’t anywhere for people to sit and relax
