- Clean - Luxurious comfortable rooms - Great location - Kind and helpful staff

- Some little touches would be nice - perhaps some fresh milk, coffee for the cafeteria and biscuits (like the advertisement shows). - Also some dressing gowns and slippers for the pool.

"Great room great hosts great location for an independent holiday"

Great hosts - welcomed and given helpful information. lovely room with sea view. v comfy bed. Perfect for people who like to check in amd be left to get on with their own thing…with a number for 24/7 support if needed. Great speciality fish and chip at the Smugglers Beach bar.

It was disappointing that the pool wasn’t available at all. The first day due to risk of storms - fair enough…but the second day was lovely weather and still not available. The pool is one of the selling points and what makes it luxury accommodation and sets price range.

"Fabulous room with superb views, we loved it."

We booked at short notice and were so lucky to find this little gem. The location was convenient. We were the first guests staying in our room which was exceptionally clean, quiet, large & inviting and the bed was very comfortable. The view over the bay & fields was delightful. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus. The host team were welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble to ensure we had a fabulous experience.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.
