Our booking was cancelled whilst trying to get into the property

The property cancelled our booking as we were travelling there so never got to stay.

They cancelled our booking whilst we were on our way to the property claiming the previous renters caused unrepairable damage. Very hard to get contact with host. Would not recommend booking this property

The location.

There were holes in the walls, doors, fireplace broken, bed sheets were stained, it smelt, toilets were grimy same with all of the walls in the apartment, the radiator was hanging off of the wall, fridge was a bit manky, the floor felt like it was going to collapse.

The location was great, and it was a good sized apartment

The apartment on the whole was very dirty! Parts of it hadn’t been cleaned at all, carpets covered in dirt thick dust on shelves and kitchen hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was also lots of damage to the apartment on walls doors and doorframes on the whole it is very badly maintained. As well the television didn’t work

Location A*, clean, comfortable easy access to communal balcony. Landlady extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Absolutely nothing, fantastic apartment right in the center.

Had no hot water for the whole 4 nights we was here. Contacted the host as soon as i noticed, was told a engineer was coming so had to stay in the apartment all day to let them in. No engineer came… the next day I was told the same thing and once again no engineer. Rooms were dirty, dust everywhere,towels stunk, hair in bath and bed. I have asked the host for at least a semi refund and have been ignored 3 times. Having no hot water is disgusting, it’s unhygienic.

There was a missing blind in the bedroom window directly next to the bed, owners refused to sort during our stay and had to cover with a hanging rail and blanket which only covered the bottom 2/3rds. Also we had no bath or kitchen towels
