Location good/ Excellent condition/ good heating /good bathroom /plenty space

problems accessing / 1 bath 1 hand towel for 3 guests / 1 key for 3 guests /No convenient parking / 1 double bed provided for 3 guests /No prior warning this is what they provide.

Great accommodation, near to town centre

We did book , accommodation for 6 days , was let down last minute , communication was non existent from the hosts, received an e-mail , so had to book other accommodation for the time we were there, very disappointed,Plus had to find extra money to stay elsewhere , We managed to book 1 night for Son , grandson which they enjoyed, but there was mix up on flats , So instead of flat 5 as instructed, they had flat 3 ,would book again as long as the hosts were more hands on with communication and the personal touch needed

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I liked the fact that there was an outside terrace and a downstairs bathroom. The apartment is well situated and town was with in easy walking distance.

The staff are very difficult to get hold of. The shower did not work for three out of the four nights, and I was responsible for ensuring he had access to the apartment. The lockboxes for the other apartments were on the doorframe to my apartment, so when new guests had an issue, they were knocking on my door, assuming I was the landlord. There was also a set of ladders left up outside my door on my last night, which was a health and issue for my young child and made accesing the property difficult.

Last minute change of apartment. Number of beds inadequate. Suffered one night and checked out.

The apartments were nice and modern,  everything central within walking distance. The negatives I have are that on arrival there was a musty smell and looked like apartment had been cleaned with a smeared cloth. Indoor bin was filthy and livingroom table dirty. The sheets/towels were in a cupboard rolled up and wet and the washing machine was on with covers and towels in it but luckily the machine was a washer dryer so I could dry. The quilt for the sofa bed had stains of blood on it so wasn't used regardless of a quilt cover available. Bed n sofa bed not comfy. The drop boxes were attached to our Apartment so wasn't keen on that as heard people trying to get their key. Outside area was nice apart from dog poo lay on the grassy area for 2 days, wasn't good especially with a kid. Given the apartments were really nice just a shame for standard of cleanliness. The host was helpful allowing for a late check out for £20 as I had to leave luggage in Apartment until my train home as I had to much to carry. Also I'm glad I was upper level as when I was standing on terrace I spotted a rat in the area, I suppose this is out of the landlords hands as it seems a much bigger problem in the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay but as I said really nice Apartment but the cleanliness let's it down.

Location is ideal for town flat was a lot better in every way than expected recommend to anyone

The apartment was spacious and right in the city centre, the location is amazing !!

The cleaning was not the best the shower seemed to be slimy and not the cleanest and the sofa bed was dirty and had crumbs on it when opening the sofa to the bed for friends to sleep on.

Very good in depth instructions sent by the host, who was always available to answer questions and assist. Despite an unforeseen problem with the original property I booked, they were able to upgrade to another apartment.

We arrived a little early and the cleaners were very polite and the owner very accommodating. It was modern and clean and facilities worked well.

The WiFi box wasn't working so we had to use our phones and hot spot. The shower was boiling and we struggled to fix the thermostat for heating. There seemed to be little communication between the manager and the cleaners as they were shocked when we arrived. But they were very friendly.
