Staff was pleasant and responsive. I asked to wash bed sheets and towels separately with pure water to rinse all potential chemicals as I have contact dermatitis to ordinary laundry detergents and they did that, which was pleasant. I appreciate staff responsiveness and accommodation.

Overall feeling in the apartment wasn’t cozy for me for multiple reasons - there is only one window / door and it’s not on a sunny side as a result of which (combo d with poor ventilation), the apartment felt wet and it literally smelled with mold, in particular in the bathroom. Even though there was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, it still smelt a lot with mold. Bathroom was in a very poor condition even through it looks fancy on photos - water wasn’t going away in the shower and since there is no door the whole bathroom was flooded every time. On top of that the glossy floors are extremely slippery and we both fell several times. The tap in the bathroom it moving left and right as if it is about to fall. I believe the bathroom requires technical renovation and also deep clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the house was excellent — close to a big market and several lovely restaurants. Parking was generally easy, and we only had to park elsewhere once during our stay. The house was very well-equipped. We especially appreciated having a washing machine and dishwasher, which made things so convenient. Hot water was always available, though the water pressure was a bit low — still, it wasn’t a problem for us. The balcony was one of our favorite parts of the home. The views were stunning both day and night. Enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the foggy hills was a highlight of our holiday. Despite the apartment facing the road, it was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors or other guests, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the management team was excellent. They were always responsive and did their best to help us with anything we needed — thank you to each and every one of them! Just a small suggestion: it would be a lovely touch to have a small welcome package for arriving guests — perhaps a couple of coffee capsules, some fresh fruit, or cookies. :)

Since the only ventilation is on the terrace side, there’s limited airflow inside, and humidity can be a serious issue. The apartment owner kindly asked us to run the dehumidifier and keep the window open, which we did, but the musty smell of humidity remained throughout our stay. It wasn’t a major problem for us personally, but might be worth noting for guests with asthma or other sensitivities. Also, there was a slight issue with cleanliness. The linens were perfectly clean, but we felt that the floors and bathroom could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned.

Lokalita výhodná pro výlety. Ubytování pěkné a čisté. Možnost parkování. V místě restaurace i obchody. Bezproblémové předání klíčů a skvělá komunikace s ubytovateli.

Jelikož je vše v jedné místnosti, v noci rušily spánek spotřebiče a světla.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na wyjazdy trekingowe supermarket 200 metrów duży dobrze zaopatrzony. Apartament mocno doinwestowany z super widokiem. Auto parkowaliśmy pod samymi drzwiami zawsze było wolne miejsce.

Olía mucho a humedad.El armario ya era imposible abrirlo del olor que tenía.El baño muy oscuro.El que tenga solo la puerta de entrada como única ventana y la cama al fondo,se hacía claustrofóbico..La entrada era peculiar.Estabas en la terraza pero no era totalmente aislada.Podia pasar gente del piso de arriba,ya que quedaba hueco
