Spectacular Apartment Balcony View in City Centre

Great location, very modern.

Could have used more glasses - preferably all the same. E.g. 4 pack of the same wine glasses.

DearBooking& team Support, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to report an issue I faced during my recent trip. I had made a reservation and paid for an apartment through Booking.com. However, upon arriving at the building before the official check-in time and deposit, the man at the reception informed me that he had no connection with Booking.com and was not responsible for the apartment I booked. I waited for about two hours, trying to resolve the issue, and informed the receptionist that I did not want to stay in the apartment anymore and wanted to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, no one responded to my attempts to communicate, and I was unable to reach anyone who could help at the time. Therefore, I kindly request your cooperation in processing a refund, as I did not stay even a single night in the apartment. I hope you understand my situation and assist me accordingly. The property is well located, clean & easy to access. Everything is in good condition. The only thing is the mattress too soft for elderly, feel uncomfortable.

The flat location was excellent, a nice size apartment and the beds were comfortable.

I found the whole key issue a pain, in having to locate a car park near to the flat, then having to find the Spar that had the keys then the walk back to the car to get the bags etc... You must have the keys with you at all time to get into the apartment, so i had to get up in the middle of the night, go down a lift, through a car park and then through reception to let my son in who had understandably wanted to stay out late with his mates. No over door on the fridge spoiled the look of the kitchen, and no terrestrial TV only Netflix.
