Muito bem localizado, perto do metro das Laranjeiras, com farmácia à porta e os supermercados Pingo Doce e Lidl a cerca de cem metros. No geral o apartamento tem boas comodidades e está numa zona segura.

A cozinha está bem apetrechada, mas falta colheres de chá. Na casa de banho, uma vez que a banheira de hidromassagem não funciona, seria melhor retirar a mesma e colocar um poliban, que dê melhor acesso a qualquer pessoa.

Primeiro que só deram a senha do apartamento depois que chegamos e tivemos que ligar. Quando entramos no apartamento estava com tudo revirado e sem limpeza. Avisaram que iam chamar a limpeza e não tinham previsão, então tivemos que esperar por mais de 3 horas em um dia chuvoso e com dois bebês de 2 anos. Falaram que iriam compensar esse dia e até hoje não tivemos retorno e não me respondem mais. Próprio Booking não conseguiu uma solução.
