The location is very easy to reach, and the staff are very friendly.

The location is very easy to reach, and the staff are very friendly. But the hot water is not stable, and it suddenly becomes cold while showering. The shower drain is very clogged. After I reported it, a staff member came to fix it, but it is still very clogged. The soundproofing in the building is very bad. I can hear other rooms turning on their water heaters (very loud) and other guests’ alarm clocks. Also, the WiFi is quite slow.

Well.located new major train and metro stops. Hotel has keys so great when you arrive late at night. Easy trip from airport.

La ubicación es excelente, junto al metro y la zona muy bonita y acogedora y cerca a los lugares mas emblemáticos de Lisboa, como la plaza de los Restauradores, jardín botánico entre otros. La habitación excelente, aplica y cómoda, con todos los servicios de acuerdo con la descripción y en todo ha superado mis expectativas. La atención en la recepción muy agradable y dispuestos siempre a ayudar.

Solo un pequeño problema con el check-in porque no es en la dirección propia del alojamiento sino a unos cuantos pasos sobre la calle principal, en el hotel, lo cual no es problemático sino que no era claro y no se mencionaba en ningún lugar, afortunadamente otro huésped me explico y se solucionó fácilmente.

Personal super amable. Habitación bonita y limpia.

Muchísimo ruido de la calle por la noche.
