It was a real hassle and quite stressful to arrive at the Villa then have to navigate to the Marina with all your luggage to collect keys. There is a key box at the front door, not sure why you can't get access that way. This would really put us off in the future if this process isn't changed. Shower in main bedroom didn't work, either freezing or scalding hot. Didn't report that as already had maintenance out twice to fix patio doors that wouldn't open and kitchen light fitting that fell off the ceiling. There were two other showers to use so just made do.

Extremely Dirty! We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property, booked through Airbnb. Unfortunately, the accommodations did not meet an acceptable standard, and our experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property had not been cleaned adequately. The floors were disgustingly dirty, with blood stains and other loose dirt. The couches were filthy, dirty, and not inviting or comfortable to enjoy. One of the bed sheets had blood stains on it. The table place mats were not usable as they were dirty and full of crumbs. This made our stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the standard advertised. In addition, the kitchen was not adequately supplied with basic essentials such as cleaning products, tea towels, paper towels, or napkins. These items are reasonable to expect in order to maintain hygiene during a stay, and their absence created unnecessary inconvenience. We had hoped for a much higher level of cleanliness and preparation, and we were not happy with the overall condition of the house. This experience left us very dissatisfied. We attempted, numerous times, to contact both the property management and Airbnb with no success. I absolutely do not recommend this property.
