One blind not working all the time we were there Bedroom so small the only way to get into bed was climbing over no where to put phones no where to put cups need some little shelves Bathroom very dirty behind taps and shower no good for people with bad joints

Sent to 'info@stay-pembrokeshire.co.uk' I refer to our recent stay at your accommodation which has/had some issues I’d like you to consider before I leave feedback on Booking.com and Social Media. The general area including kitchen and contents was without issue. However, you will recall the heavy rain/wind on Sunday and your leaking centre window which we reported. From the moment of arrival shortly after 4.00pm until we retired around 11.00pm we had to constantly ring-out a hand towel of rain water from the window sill, probably a dozen times or more. At one point it started to overflow onto the floor which we obviously wiped up, see attached image. More importantly was the cleanliness of three areas. The bedroom door glass, the filthy disgusting top of the stainless steel toilet brush and the metal shower hose which couldn’t have been cleaned for 6months or more. Again see attached images. Under the circumstance I think it fair for you to consider a part refund and I suggest £50.00. Reply did not include any refund!

Position of the apartment was excellent within walking distance of all amenities, parking just round the corner from the apartment, very clean, did not hear any noise at all

Probably being a bit hyper critical but could do with a more comfortable settee

Beautiful location however bed was very uncomfortable small room found this hard to get in out off due to my kness problems

Excellent location. Lovely apartment with great views. The apartment was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. It's great to have the choice of shower or bath. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival.
