amazing location, extremely clean and well equipped.

it was very cold and the heating was insufficient for the cold weather.

Your personal touches (Welsh cakes/ milk etc). Even though we booked in short advance everything was perfect! We really love Saundersfoot and we come a few times every year and we loved doing something different !

We loved everything! Only think that may be an added extra was the fact that the only mirror was in the bathroom.. maybe could do with one in bedroom to help get ready while other is in the shower etc. But minor thing.. everything was amazing!

Sea view . Excellent location. Everything was there towels. T towels. Coffee milk . Nice living area kitchen and bathroom with shower . Would recommend .

Just a warning of a small bedroom but that is stated when you looking at pics and write up. Doesn't spoil your holiday at all

Great location, right on sea front. Nice to have a kitchen so we could cook and there were all the basic utensils to do this. Parking was just round the corner and only £5 for 24 hours. We were there on an extremely busy weekend (Bank Holiday) so had to wait until later in the day for overnight parking but this worked well for us as we were out during the day. If you arrive after 7pm you can print out a ticket for free to 09:30am the following day so don't have to pay at all.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss particularly in the bedroom but not a major issue. NO recycling bin - we just used the public one downstairs.

Excellent location

Bed are was claustrophobic. Could only get into bed by climbing over the bed from the end.

Very central to beach, shops, restaurants.

Getting into bed at night was very difficult for my partner, who has dementia.The bed occupied the whole of the room leaving no space either side to get in. Had to explain every night to my partner that he had to crawl on his hands and knees to reach the top of the bed. He didn't manage it the first night and slept sitting up on the sofa. I think the owners should swap the sofa in the open plan area for a sofa bed, giving people who can't manage the actual bed, an alternative. In fairness to the owners, the photo of the bedroom is accurate, but many people (like me!) probably wouldn't notice it when booking.
