Modern Peaceful Open Plan 1-Bed Apartment Rutland

Everytbing we needed was there,and a nice outlook over farmland.

There were small green lights glowing in the ceiling,one in each room,dont know what they were for but noticed someone prior to us had tried to cover the one in the bedroom.

Good location as it was about 5 miles from ladywood estate

The apartment was absolutely amazing, well designed, fully equipped and cozy. The views were spectacular! They even left dog treats for our dogs :)

There is a bright green light - maybe related to the smoke detection system. It was annoying and bothering when trying to sleep. Maybe it can be taped over then the apartment is just perfect!!!

Really nice modern apartment style accommodation.

The outside of the property and surrounding area lets the accommodation down as it's quite shabby. However, if you can overlook that the actual apartment is very nice, modern and clean. Nice bathroom and kitchen and open plan area.

The outside area needs a clean up. Apartment could do with a dustpan and brush or hoover.

Really nice decor, good facilities. Free parking.
