Snug - Colquhoun Square Apartment

Great location, well equipped kitchen, good powerful shower, clean throughout.

Some noisy neighbours, but that’s the only complaint.

Would benefit from a mirror in the second bedroom. A cafetière would be helpful.

This was a perfect short stay for my father and I before heading to other parts of Scotland, it's very walkable to cute coffee shops and second hand stores, and restaurants! The flat was very cute and cozy and had everything we needed. They were quick to respond and made everything a breeze! Would recommend!

Spacious. Clean. Very comfortable. Quiet and decent Wi-Fi.

The shower thermostat was completely broken. Scolding hot or freezing cold. Dangerous for children. Needs repairing. Too many emails received during the booking process from different addresses made getting into / locating the entrance difficult. Support was provided promptly however.

The location right in the center of town was great. There was a lovely Saturday market right on our doorstep. Although basic the apartment had everything we needed. Lots of space. This would be great for young families. We never met the owner but he was responsive and helpful by phone/text.

The beds were not very comfy. Not terrible, just very basic. The budget fittings and furnishings were functional but lacked any charm.

The host was fantastic, very helpful in helping me find the apartment, as I did not receive a welcome email it was quite difficult to find. The apartment is quite spacious and located in the centre of Helensburgh.

The couch and bed could do with an upgrade as they are quite firm and dated. For £28 pound cleaning charge, I wouldn’t expect areas to be dusty.

Lovely flat in town centre, very convenient for everything. Owners were very helpful and a delight to deal with.
