Highly recommend setting was perfect apartment was brilliant for us nice we welcome fruit bowl water milk and tea and coffee can not fault it and we will definitely be booking again around the corner from a great takeaway and bus stop on the corner also that takes you straight to Blackpool all and all great for us and our family

This is the third time we have stayed at Birkby Lodge, we love the size of the apartment and all the facilities available. The area is so central to St Annes and Lytham.

Showers were a bit small and the drier of the washer / drier didn't seem to dry at all.

Really could do with someone sorting out the toilet seats. They move all over the place.
