Well impressed with Birkby Lodge the place was spot on and everything we needed was there. Location excellent just a ten minute walk to town. Just a small issue gaining access but resolved immediately by phone call. Just a lovely 4 days and hopefully look forward to another visit in the near future.

Superb, extremely clean and comfortable. Lots of space. The little touches (milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, fresh flowers etc.) were very much appreciated. Photos are completely representative of the property.

Struggled with the door code at first but not an issue.

Location was great, apartment spacious, luxurious with everything g you would need .

Mattress in double bed not to my liking but ok for a couple of nights sleep. Code display in door but managed with virtual key when needed

Was beautifully presented in a great location and ticked all boxes we needed for a short break. It also had fab appliances which were easy to use. Was also very clean.

Only a personal choice not a complaint. I like soft pillows and the ones in the apartment were very big and heavy.

Beautiful apartment with modern airy rooms. Quiet neighbourhood but close to seafront.
