Don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep. Let me get the good things out of the way first. The apartment is newly refurbished and clean. That's it. Now for the bad. Wi-Fi doesn't work using the instructions sent via email or the instructions within the apartment. So you spend an hour following the instructions trying to get it to work with no luck, just frustration. There is also no phone signal, so you struggle to call guest services to help. If you happen to get any type of phone signal, you're lucky and you shouldn't move from that spot until you've sorted your issues out with guest services as from experience, the signal moves, so you may not get signal.in the same place next time, if at all. Guest services tell you to just use the default details on the wifi router and that there is work being done on WiFi in the area which is out of their control but Reading the reviews, it seems they've been telling everyone that complains about WiFi not working the same thing for over a year. So I call this BS. TV doesn't work - can't get any channels. Gave up in the end. You're given 2 hand towels, that's your lot for showering. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, clearly a cheap mattress. The blinds are absolutely useless, may as well just have no blinds at all. All night the bedroom is lit up, there's a very bright light on a motion sensor located just above the bedroom window (external). This lights up the room like a Christmas tree whenever the sensor is triggered. May as well sleep with the lights on all night. Kids running up and down the stairs at 2am, making a noise, banging doors and waking everyone up. The stairs are laminate, so the noise is horrendous. Traffic noise all night. Basically, the glossy photos of these apartments look good. They seem like a professional management company but when it comes to the crunch, it's all a bit of a joke, unfortunately at your expense.

High quality apartment, nicely fitted out. Lot's of information provided for gaining access.

Couldn't connect to WiFi and Tv couldn't find channels.

Super new, very close to the river. Nice shopping area around and everything that you enjoy for an independent stay.

Clean and very pretty

No wifi, it didn’t actually work i also got stuck outside two time because i was give the wrong code on two occasions , the bed was uncomfortable. The blind are paper and not actually blinds which cheapens the aesthetic of the property
