Adoramos a estadia, a Carmen foi sensacional dando ótimas dicas de restaurantes e explicando tudo muito bem. O hotel é confortável, quarto ótimo, boa roupa de cama, chuveiro e o café da manhã super gostoso com sucos e ovos feitos na hora!

Conforto, servico e localizacao.

I loved everything about the hotel, the design, the spacious rooms, the charming and family-like staff (Carmel and Franco are simply charming), the clean rooms, the excellent location, close to the train station, and when there is access to the hotel with luggage (and of course an elevator), it is many times better than staying in the old city and carrying the luggage all the way to the hotel.

Acomodações excelentes. Cama confortável, banheiro limpo e chuveiro maravilhoso. Café da manhã excelente. Muitas opções e tudo feito na hora

The breakfast is served by the owners. And everything is fresh and everything is very tasty. The hotel is very small but it is completely renewed, everything has good quality and caused an excellent impression. the hotel staff is very friendly. Aeris was one of the best hotels on my trip

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Even the Internet is good.

This was a beautiful family owned and run property in the heart of Polignano a Mare . The family purchased the property the property 2 yrs ago and have renovated it honouring the history of the property . But also it is stylish and extremely comfortable . The breakfast is amazing and served on a terrace looking out over the rooftops of Polignano. Carmen , the daughter of the family made every effort to make my stay enjoyable . I sat and talked with her a couple of times which was lovely as I am travelling on my own . You could not find a better place to stay in Polignano a Mare . THANKYOU to Carmen , your brother and your mum and dad . I had a delightful stay with you

There was NOTHING I didn’t like - my stay was perfect

Convenient location and great service by family staff members ! The Breakfast was Delicious and we enjoyed the giant hot tub!
