Right above Amalfi port, too many things around walking distance Breakfast was served in the room and it’s was amazing

Very good location especially if visiting for first time. Everyone was really helpfull, Maria, Ilenia provided a lot of info for the area. Overall a comfortable stay with a lot of time saved travelling as you are 2 mins away from ferry and bus terminal.

Having a balcony facing the water on the coast is a dream. The room as as beautiful as the pictures, and we even had two balconies. The staff was incredibly helpful with bags when arriving and leaving, breakfast to the room was better than expected, and the staff also helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations.

Anyone who has accessibility issues will have trouble accessing the building. This isn’t unique to this property in the area, it’s everywhere in Amalfi that’s a little tricky to get to. That being said, they made it as easy as possible and we appreciated all their help.

An amazing place to stay if you choose to visit this dreamy part of the world. Maria and all the staff here do a wonderful job at making your time here as comfortable and welcoming as it can be and they deserve all the amazing reviews they have. Pollazo vitagliano is a gem within a gem.

Stayed 3 fabulous nights Palazzo Vitagliano Maria and the staff could not do enough even coming out to help us with our cases. Breakfast in your room is nice and very convenient, as for the views stunning right on the sea front. So if you’re looking for a hotel to stay in Amalfi this should be your first choice. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and really made it enjoyable and memories that will stay with us forever. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Palazzo Vitagliano was simply amazing. We were here for 9 nights, May 2025. We were in the King Suite. The views from the private balcony are stunning. Having coffee and breakfast while sitting watching Amalfi life was priceless. The breakfast is beyond plenty. You choose from four different types of breakfasts and believe me, you don't go hungry. Meats, cheeses, croissants, eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, cappuccino, etc. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning. Delicious. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Plenty of outlets, USB ports on each bedside table. The shower is fantastic...roomy, great pressure and three modes of spray. Dual sinks, a bidet and a separate door leading out to the balcony (which was my favorite part). The level of service from the staff was unparalleled. So professional, super friendly. Any questions, concerns, reservations, transfers, were all handled swiftly by the team. To Maria, Ilenia, Angelo and Pina, we thank you for such wonderful service and communication. We were so impressed by the personal touches you all added during our stay. The location is perfect for walking Amalfi and being near it all. It's walking distance to the buses, ferries and taxis. Although it's on a main street, the noise level was never an issue for sleeping or relaxing. Opening the balcony door and feeling the breeze and listening to the town come to life was amazing. The views, staff and comfort would bring me back to Palazzo Vitagliano every time.

The ONLY thing we didn't like was the entrance/exit at the hotel. The only way in/out leads right onto a very busy main road. You have to really be careful because it's only a foot from the road with cars and buses rushing by. We got used to it but it was the one thing we didn't like.

Amazing hotel in the most perfect location. Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, excellent hosts. Our room was perfect and the view was amazing. Central location over looking the port. 10/10 hotel, would thoroughly recommend.

The property was located in a lovely spot, close to shops and transport. The hotel was quiet and the breakfasts were exceptional, you can customise every day and have a combination of items. The room was clean and the balcony was lovely to have your breakfast.
