Modern apartment in the center Pentagon

Ease of entry and use, comfort, amenities, location.

This property is in a great spot to tour the DMV area. You have Pentagon city mall, a food court, a few restaurants and close proximity of two metro stations. Very nice, clean and quiet area. A few things I did not like about this place: First day, the coat closet as you enter the apartment, was broken. The door was off the hinges. Email the company for maintenance. No answer. Next day went to use the shower, the drainage was slow. So I was taking a shower and a bath at the same time. The handle to switch from bath to shower also broke. Email the company for maintenance. No answer. The third day the weather warmed up to where I didn't need the heater. I turned on the ac, nothing but hot air blowing out. Turned the ac down to 55 degrees, still hot air. This was one of the worse nights I had. It felt like a sanna. Thank GOD the following day, the temperature dropped back down and I could feel the cool area circulate around the apartment from outside. Instead of emailing the company for maintenance, I called them to try and come to fix issues I was having. The day prior to me checking out was when the coat closet door and the shower and drainage was fixed. Not really satisfied with the lack of communication and timeline for these things to get fixed especially when I'm paying for them. I felt i should have gotten some of my money back or a couple free days. Not saying this place is horrible but, communication and timeliness of maintenance needs to be better. Hotel next time.

I loved that this property was walkable for restaurants, clothing and metro. It was quiet and clean.

It was a very nice apartment. We liked having a kitchen and washer and dryer available. The staff was great to work with.

We do not like how warm it was in the apartment and we were unable to get it cooled off unless we opened the sliding glass door. Then there was a smoker that would smoke on their balcony so we would have to close the sliding glass door. Also, at night you can really hear a lot of noise outside with sirens and people just yelling and having fun.

My WeHost Pentagon City Modern stay was a nightmare. The apartment was dark, filthy, with broken appliances. Requests for relocation were ignored. Construction noise kept us up all night, and the dust from said construction which was right outside of our door caused dust and fiberglass to come under the door which triggered an asthma attack, leading to $3000 in medical expenses. Forced to extend, we faced $1000 in flight change fees. WeHost's unprofessionalism was evident - unresponsive, false promises, and a laughable $50 compensation offer. Initiating a chargeback, WeHost deceitfully claimed compensation, offering only $100. Over a month later, they STILL evade responsibility. I sought a refund, not compensation for fees. WeHost's lies and lack of accountability make them a company to avoid.

The apartment is surrounded by good shopping, and close to the metro with a quick trip into the city. Apartment was well appointed and had everything I needed.

The apartment building was having maintenance during my stay - which included turning the water off from 9am to 5pm on the second day of my stay. That would have been fine but nobody informed me - so that was less than ideal.
