Franchement pas de chauffage ni d’eau chaude on apelle la réception avec nos portable car pas de fixe dans la chambre personne ne peux rien faire on nous dit d’envoyer un mail pour avoir le responsable et pour finir pas de sauna sa ne fonctionne pas !

Excellent hotel but please install a sink in the toilet to wash hands after using the toilet. Also, conceal the shower doors so the shower water doesn’t seep through the door. Thanks!

Je suis un peu déçu car j'apprécie sur votre site de pouvoir choisir le paiement "sur place" que j'avais choisi pour cette réservation, hors quand je suis arriver à l'accueil pour régler ma chambre le personnel m'a dit que cela avait déjà encaissé lors de ma validation de réservation... je ne trouve pas ça honnête !!! Et je ne pense plus faire de réservation dans cette chaine d'hôtel, pour preuve mon annulation pour la nuit du 5 au 6 novembre. Merci de m'apporter une explication à ce désagrément. Cordialement.

O local inseguro é afastado da cidade, longe de estação de trem pois é tão longe que nem metrô tem e ao redor é muito feio e sujo, Você vai ver paisagem de terreno abandonado, viaduto e uma via expressa que corta na frente do appart hotel. Não tem limpeza nos quartos, os funcionários são grosseiros e a impressão que você tem é que está fazendo um favor estar ali.O local também virou um local de refugiados de guerra onde as pessoas pedem ajuda no lobby do edifícil. Experiência muito desagradável se hospedar nesse local onde acontece brigas constantes e que te deixam inseguro. O elevador estava com defeito e você esperava bastante pra subir. É uma furada esse apart hotel.

"A bit too far out of Paris Central"

Was outside of main Paris district which we knew when booking but there was very little around the hotel as it seems to be a new development, mostly a building site building new apartments. Staff were OK but one of the Lifts wasn't working. Would stay closer to Central Paris next time.
