Large, comfortable apartment. Good location, quiet at night

5 emails all relating to key pick including 3 different addresses. This is just confusing and doesn't provide confidence. No ring back, or message back on my request for clarification on key pickup point. Too many emails.

Lovely decor, ideal for our party of 5! Great veranda and view of the cricket field. A little out of town, but we like walking so worked well for us.

Everything worked well for us! Only slight irritations were the change in code that we weren’t notified of so couldn’t access the barrier or building and the kitchen bin was dirty!

Well appointed apartment felt like a home from home.

Had problems accessing the apartment as the entry code we were given had been changed the previous week, so we were unable to open communal door of the apartment block.

Brand new luxury apartment with amazing outside terrace for Al Fresco dining / drinks. It was a beautiful weekend and we overlooked the cricket pitch and watched Plymouth play a match. Plenty of space and light and airy 3 bedrooms and lounge area. Comfortable beds. Next to Tesco express to get food and fully equipped modern kitchen . Location was quiet - opposite Admiralty House (Winston Churchills old residence) and to the left are beautiful gardens to relax and walk dog / benches to enjoy the sun; to the right walk to the sea / harbour and there are three free lido / outside swimming pools and Mayflower Marina and a really nice restaurant called Jolly Jacks where we enjoyed a meal. Short walk also to The Royal William Yard where there are plenty of bars / restaurants, one of my favourite places in Plymouth. It's a mile walk to The Hoe and Barbican.

Had to collect key from The Crescent which is a short drive away (we knew this as we had previously booked other places with Pure Serviced). Its slightly inconvenient but you know they are reliable and their places are always spotlessly clean with toiletries / tea / coffee/ sugar / milk and big fluffy towels - 2 each and lovely big white duvets. Also needed to pay a damage deposit but again we had done this several times before and no problem getting the money back.
