Friendly and responsive staff. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clean, modern and well-designed, with a great layout and functional zoning. The location is excellent: a quiet safe neighborhood with convenient access to the city center, the beach and the airport. There is also a supermarket next door and it is open on Sundays, which is very convenient.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, and unfortunately the issue was not resolved during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite poor: despite the apartment not being large, the signal was only reliable near the entrance door (in the kitchen). Since we were on vacation and not working, it was not a major issue for us, but overall the internet quality could definitely be improved, for example by installing a signal booster.

For the amount this stay costs I expected a lot more, it was hard to get int the place, the code never worked, the apartment had no outlet close to the table making it difficult to work which is the whole reason why I got it for, it was loud at night and very difficult to get it dark in the morning, therefore I had terrible sleep.

The breakfast included was literally a basket left outside of my door with 1 eur pastry and 1 slice of ham and 1 of cheese, a warmed-up coffee, and some sweets. When I asked if it could be delivered later than 8am because I would sleep in due to my USA working time, they simply told me that it would stay in front of the door. Including the foods that should be refrigerated. The toilet had a 'sanitized' sign yet it had traces of poop from the previous visitor.

O apartamento é bem localizado e muito confortável, está bem decorado, tem um terraço no piso de cima e todo o equipamento necessário para uma estadia muito agradável.

Infelizmente, quando chegámos, percebemos que o terraço estava cheio de pó, especialmente a mesa das refeições, e as almofadas dos cadeirões não tinham capa e estavam cheia de penas e dejetos de gaivota. Acabámos por ter de limpar a mesa, que mesmo assim precisava de uma limpeza mais profunda, e virámos as almofadas ao contrário. Esta situação por si só não teria sido um problema se tivéssemos sentido que a nossa queixa tinha sido levada a sério e tivesse havido uma tentativa de resolver o problema. A verdade é que o serviço de assistência que contactámos por WhatsApp falou com a equipa limpeza, que negou a falta de limpeza do terraço e a falta de capas de almofada. Quando dissemos que era necessário que alguém lá fosse para confirmar o que dizíamos, disseram para enviarmos fotografias. Só que já não estávamos em casa e foi-nos dito que, nesse caso, nada poderia ser feito nesse dia. A nossa reserva era só para duas noites. No dia seguinte, já depois do check out, enviámos as tais fotografias só para mostrarmos que de facto as almofadas não tinha capa e que a mesa estava suja (e até já tinha sido limpa por nós superficialmente e já tinha chovido), a responderam que as almofadas eram mesmo assim sem capa (as fotografias estão em baixo) e que estava sujo porque tinha chovido. Achei muito pouco profissional e muito pouco atencioso com o cliente. Não foi a situação em si, foi a forma como fomos tratados.

The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Everything required for your stay is within the apartment and they are responsive if you need anything extra. Also the apartment was close to all local amenities. Next door to Lidl, cafes, metro and the popular Casa Da Musica.

Mooi appartement wat in een rustige buurt van Porto ligt. Voldoende OV in de buurt en om de hoek een Lidl. Appartement was voorzien van alle benodigde zaken inclusief een was en droogmachine.

In de bevestiging en welkom instructies staat niet op welke verdieping het appartement ligt.
