El apartamento súper cómodo, moderno con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut für unsere täglichen Ausflüge und nahe der Metrostation Martim Moniz und Rossio. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der kleine Innenhof vermittelt ein sicheres Gefühl. Tagsüber ist die Gegend sicher, viele Touristen unterwegs, spät abends würde ich nicht alleine unterwegs sein, beziehungsweise ist die nötige Vorsicht geboten in einer Großstadt.

Ubicación, camas cómodas, baño amplio con una ducha apetecible, salón y cocina con todos los enseres necesarios, juegos para niños y patio de vecinos acogedor. La atención de un vecino fue excepcional, estuvo pendiente tanto de nuestra llegada como que la estancia fuera ideal.

The rooms and the patio outside for the guests' use are lovely. The bed was super comfy and the flat had anything we needed for our stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and the the staff was responsive and nice. It helped a lot that Pedro let us leave the bags at check out so that we were free to visit Lisbon and to collect them later. The location is very central and you can walk almost everywhere. Overall value for money is good.

The apartment is very cold and humid (we visited in February), luckily there were duvets and blankets but the heating (aircon) didn't work. The bathroom round window isn't looking great and it's moulded. Certain furniture require some maintenance. The hill to get to the entrance is dark and you need torches to come back home at night. Although the location is very central, I would not recommend it for solo women travelers as the area is quite dodgy and it doesn't feel safe unfortunately.
