"A very pleasant, comfortable stay. Very close to the town and all amenities."

The open plan layout and the lovely view. A private car parking space was a bonus. It was also nice to find supplies for Beverages on our arrival and little extras touches e.g. books,games and films.

We couldn't find anything to dislike apart from the unusually cold and damp June weather. Still we came prepared with our wet weather gear.

"Definitely a place to stay if I visit Whitby.Everything you need is there"

Dedicated parking space was nice. I like the individual heating in the various rooms. It saves electricity. Water pressure was good and hot consistently. Well equipped kitchen; the first place to offer an air fryer (that's top notch!)

The flight of steps but it wasn't too steep, so ok. No clocks in the house. The non-refundable £25 for damage waiver before the stay; it was a shame.

Near town centre,lovely view, exceptionally clean everything you need for a lovely stay. The building was also quiet with a good parking space
