"Good"

This time the automatic check in was a massive mess. 1 it did not accept my credit card from the booking or the QR code to release the code to the safety gate to enter the hotel parking or my room. 2 it then charged me twice the deposit/incidental fee. That was corrected without me Asking by the personnel the next day so service once a human is involved is great and friendly. 3 I call the help desk and no-one responded during the nearly 40 minutes it took me trying different cards, the system Doing a full reboot, getting it somehow to work again and gaining access to my room. 4 in the end I got the code and access, the staff the next morning apologies profusely and said there must have been a mass outage as normally the help desk is very responsive. So one good experience before, one no so good this time. I’ll give it another go as the people there are very friendly and it’s a good value for money stay and breakfast.

Le petit déjeuner est très moyen : trop d’eau dans les œufs en poudre ! Réassort pas assez rapide. Concernant la chambre : rangement pas pratique alors préférable de laisser ses affaires dans la valise mais il n’y a pas moyen de laisser poser deux valises pour les ouvrir facilement quand on veut…

Très bon accueil. Récéptionniste aimable et souriant. Chambre propre. Salle de bain un peu petite. Très bien insonorisé. Petit dejeuner simple mais complet.

"Pour une ou 2 nuits de passge tres bien "

Chambre tres calme. Propre. Parki.g accessible et environnement pratique pour se restaurer . L'hôtesse nous a meme modifié la chambre car nous ne voulions pas etre au rdc. Et elle a pu sorganiser pour operer au changement .

La salle de bains est un peu exiguë et selon le gabarit du client peut poser problèmes. Un mode d'emploi de la télécommande du poste télé serait le bienvenu
