Location was excellent. Very close to the centre- shops, beaches, buses, trains. Apartment was spacious for 2 people. Comfortable large bed.

Quite basic apartment. Equipped ok for a short stay for 2 people but might struggle with more. Showers not able to be used properly as support for shower head wasn't supported. Balcony furniture pretty old and worn.

Absolutely nothing unless you count the location being ok. The apartment wasn't worth the location.

We were so sad and disillusioned. This was way below Booking.Com's usual standards. We were not informed that keys had to be collected from a different address until 4.30pm. We turned up at the office at the agreed time but it was locked. Finally we contacted the agent and we got our keys from a keysafe. The apartment was a huge disappointment. Basic. Had to make our own bed (by this time VERY TIRED after trying to get in. Lucky for us someone else in the building told us where our apartment was located as it was not at all clear that it was across the car park.} We had to wait to gain access to the car park. Filthy floor under the sofa and many dirt and dubious hairs in the tiny toilet. Dirty toilet brush with holder. Patio door lock broken which is a HUGE SECURITY RISK. Dining table badly marked and stained. No internet. No heating. Dried food at base of microwave. Worktop damaged around hob. Terrace area overlooked cars in the carpark - why advertise having a terrace for that? We had to trail back to the office the next day for the required deposit where Beatrice was actually there this time, claiming she could not leave the office (which she had done obviously on our arrival). We were amazed at being asked for a 400 euro deposit as there was nothing to ruin or break in the place - plus time spent going to the office again. Beatrice came on the last morning to collect keys and to confirm our complaints which we recorded on the questionnaire left for us. She said what did we expect for the money! Actually, a lot more given the prices of properties in the area. We have stayed in wonderful apartments which were welcoming. This is just a dirty, tired shell aimed at taking money from unsuspecting tourists. When we said the price we had paid £296.79 (341.44 euros) she said with a shrug "that's Booking.Com for you". Not the Booking.Com we know. Avoid at all costs and find somewhere nice to enjoy this beautiful town.
