NLLooked great and after I complained about the bad smell in my room I got another room.
My personal information was stolen by a staff member and used to scam me. Saying that I still have to complete a reservation and pay. It's scary that I get contacted by a stranger naming all my personal information.

الصور في موقع الحجز بكينج تختلف كثيراً جداً عن الواقع، الفندق قديم وليس عصري والخدمات محدودة والفرش قديم جداً جداً، ويوجد بعض الأثاث مكسور أو متآكل، ودورات المياه قصيرة جداً لا يوجد دش علوي وللأسف.

BEHôtel de standing, grande tour situé à 3km du centre ville. Chambre grande et sdb aussi mais nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement. Hôtel assez calme. Buffet petit déjeuner énorme au niveau du choix. Personnel très bien.
On sent que l’hôtel n’est plus tout récent. Besoin de modernité dans les chambres.

We have stayed in the Kelapa Gading area several times.Having tried the El hotel, Cabin, Harris, and Wizz which are all good given your cost base. The Tavia Heritage is our favourite. Up graded to a better room twice and the most friendly, efficient staff, with breakfast included.
