Chambre propre et confortable. Vu sur les montagnes et surtout ne pas manquer la vu sur les montagnes le matin. C'est magnifique. Je recommande !!!!
Arrived in my room after self checkin that went ok. Got in the shower only to find no towels in the room. I had to shout down the corridor for one of the housekeeping team to bring me one. The shower tray wouldn't drain, so I lifted the plug hole cover! An old sticking plaster, and lots of hair was blocking the drain.
Hotel propre , confortable , pratique très bien insonorisé. Chambre au 1er étage , aucun bruit de couloir ou d'étage malgré le monde dans l'hotel. Proche autoroute , aucun bruit malgré le passage. Literie, salle de bain impeccable. Petit dejeuner complet et varié. Manager au top , tres sympathique et serviable.
Room was dirty and full of mosquitos. Service is through a screen. No one to complain or ask to change rooms. Location is near a truck stop and looks very dangerous area. Asked for refund and have not received yet.

Asked for refund and have not received yet. Horrible customer service and no respect. I don’t know where people being staying but this is a hard 2 at max.
Everything is new and clean but bathroom is a bit small and when you take shower, the water goes over the shower cabin so there will be a lot of water on the floor. And no hair dryer. Except these, everything was top if you think about the price is pretty good.

Check in rapido effettuato tramite totem, visto il nostro orario di arrivo. Hotel comodo da raggiungere, pulito con camere spaziose eccetto il bagno piccolo che comunque aveva una doccia funzionale e pulitissima. Parcheggio esterno comodissimo.

L'hôtel était impeccable. Revêtement au sol en dur dans les chambres et l'ensemble des parties communes de l'hôtel, très propre. L'accueil et le service au top. Petit déjeuner pour 8,50 € excellent avec oeufs brouillés et becon, différents pains et vienoiseries cuits sur place. TOP
