A lovely trendy hotel. Staff friendly and close to city. A great location. Would of liked tea, coffee making facilities in the room.

Brand new hotel, well done, good location in old Dijon

Four star looks one star service The property is fun and hip but beware if you Pre pay on Expedia. They will double charge you. We had two rooms booked on two seperate bills. One party checked out earlier and the front desk upon check out tried to charge them again. They showed them the Expedia and receipt and they did not charge them. When I checked out the same events occurred. However , this time the women at the front desk said they needed to cover just the tax for 11 euros which also happens to be prepaid through Expedia. An invoice of the 11 euros was sent followed by a second invoice for the entire stay and my card was charged without my authorization. I immediately spoke to the front desk and showed her my receipt of payment through Expedia. She was unable to refund Me at the moment since her manager had to do it. She informed her manager ,Louise ,would contact me in two hours. I never received a call and when I called to follow up after the two hours. I was told I would be given a call back in ten minutes. Needless to say but I have yet to receive a call. I have checked my credit card statement and it was charged. If you have booked through Expedia do not leave a deposit in cc leave it in cash or this will happen to you ! I hope they will rectify the situation but I have my doubts since I have yet to be contacted. Reversing a charge should not be hard for a chain hotel

The furnishings at the hotel are very fashionable and hip, but unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. At the restaurant the staff is quite inattentive and also requested payment for our food immediately as it was delivered. It took several firm words to be able to pay with card instead of charging to our room. Most of the young restaurant staff only spoke French even though it is a larger, chain hotel. Needless to say, our plan to stay and enjoy the music was quickly changed and we left after one drink, instead of several and more food dishes as originally planned. Their loss! The rooms are pretty but a bit lacking: no hot water heater or coffee station, only some cheap plastic cups. And the “family” room is just two connecting rooms with no sitting area. For parking they have very few spaces and you have to reserve in advance—they never let us know that detail sadly—and unbelievably there is no loading or standing zone in front of the hotel for most people who will then have to drive to the public parking garage. Inconvenient and stressful. I think the target audience for them are young, fashionable, pretty French people (they even sell “adult” items in the hotel shop). If you are not that, I recommend a different hotel, otherwise you will feel a bit of an outsider and interloper. They are just too cool for school.

Super comfortable, great breakfast. Very central and lovely rooms. Could do with a coffee machine/ kettle in room, more in the fridge and better shower stuff than a small bar of soap that does everything.

This hotel was perfect. Room size, condition, comfort, showers, decor, all great. So much attention to detail on the general decor everywhere, hallways, lobby, bar/restaurant. The bar/restaurant area was very cool, great place for an evening meal or a few drinks and the food was excellent.

Everything was just perfect.
