Staff “Aggie” was especially great, but all of the staff were very good. We did not have food so we can’t comment.

Location and the area around the hotel. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant with nice view. Parking just beneath, very convenient. 10 walk to the old town.

Hotel is quite tired. Beach design with a lot of blue is a bit strange. Feels cheap. Carpet in public areas feel a bit dirty.

L'emplacement au bord des quais. Les chambres spacieuses et propres. Le petit-déjeuner copieux, varié et de qualité. Le professionnalisme du personnel à la réception. Le vue et le cadre sur le rooftop.

Le personnel du bar en soirée est très mal organisé (la personne qui place n est pas la même qui prend la commande, ni la même qui fait le service et ni la même qui encaisse). Du coup de la perte d'informationq et un manque de fluidité dans le service. Par ailleurs nous avions commandé deux verres de crémant de Bordeaux et ceux ci nous ont été servis tiède.

The hotel's location is excellent in the charming neighborhood Les Chartrons. There is a tram stop very close by that takes you wherever you want in the city through its dense network, so there is no need for a taxi, even to/from the airport. Very kind staff at the reception!

Hotel for conference tourism, with many rooms and a somewhat unique decor. The air conditioning works constantly with noise and it is not possible to open the window to get some natural air! We almost begged them to make up our room...

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Zimmer, perfekt klimatisiert. Und die Lage war perfekt!

Am Abend war die Dachterrasse für ein privates Event geschlossen, was schade für uns war. Wir wurden allerdings beim Check In darauf hingewiesen und haben die Aussicht dann am Nachmittag genossen.

Superb staff really helped. The air-conditioning worked fairly well but could not get the room really cool when outside temps were 35C. The breakfast was superb and the location o the 7th floor was amazing. Stored our bikes safely, and looked after us. Ate on the rooftop one night and it was great.

The air conditioning was ok but not great.
