Appart Hotel Odalys City Marseille Centre Euromed

Gut eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück war leider etwas überfüllt.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. *HOWEVER, The restaurant in the hotel, Aura, the food was terrible and the chefs were unsanitary. They were eating the whole time they were preparing our food. There is a window that faces the dining area so the “chefs” were in plain view.

We stayed at Odalys City in Marseille for four nights and had an apartment with a sea view. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. A nice touch was the coffee machine, although it would have been even better to have a kettle. The small kitchenette was equipped with a two-burner stove and basic dishes, which was convenient. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, but the lighting was quite poor, and even with the extendable mirror, it was difficult to do makeup properly. We didn’t know that the apartment didn’t include daily housekeeping, but after speaking with the receptionist, our towels were changed and the room was cleaned for an additional €10. The location was very peaceful, right next to the port. There’s a cinema, several restaurants, and a small shopping area nearby where we could have breakfast. Public transport connections were excellent - the tram and bus stops were just a few meters from the hotel. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Old Port and the cathedral. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Rapport qualité/prix acceptable qui nécessite de réserver tôt si vous voulez qu'il soit encore meilleur. Bien placé et surtout parking au sous-sol si besoin

Personnels très gentils, mais la chambre n’était pas super propre, la grille d’aération de la salle de bain était rempli de poussière et la cabine de douche n’était pas super propre. Il y a eu une coupure d’électricité dans la nuit de vendredi à samedi jusqu’au matin donc plus de lumière dans les chambres. Le ménage n’est pas inclu ni les serviettes pour la piscine

Très bon Hotel, joli et sympa. Bon rapport qualité prix, on était au 11e étage, vu sur la mer coin tranquille, pas bruyant, par contre le parking un peu cher 20 € pour la nuit et caution de 100 € pour la carte parking. Je recommande quand même.

Gros problème dès l'arrivée avec un retard de disponibilité des chambres... deux heures d'attente dans un salon bondé ! Quasiment sans explication si ce n'est que les agents d'entretien ont beaucoup de travail avec les 250 chambres que compte l'hôtel, pas de proposition de boisson, pas d'ordre d'arrivée, rien... bref une mauvaise entrée en matière... Par contre la chambre était propre, la décoration est magnifique ! La piscine n'est pas terrible, eau froide, sauna qui ne fonctionnait pas, seul le hammam était sympa. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant accolé, de bonne qualité, des produits frais mais le tarif est trop excessif ! Heureusement que le vitrage est conséquent car les nuisances sonores des routes voisines et des ferrys qui s'enchaînent sont impressionnantes fenêtres ouvertes.
