Le séjour s’est idéalement passé, les chambres sont propres et belles, la cuisine est suffisamment équipée. Un grand merci aux deux night auditors Issa et Chayan qui ont été à l’écoute de nos besoins à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit. Je recommande

Es la primera vez en un viaje que me piden una fianza (300 euros) por un hotel/apartamento. Como ya han dicho otros en los comentarios, me parece una cantidad exagerada también porque no hay mucho equipamiento proporcionado (un fregadero minúsculo, 2 platos y vasos y una vitrocerámica también minúscula). No cuestiono sus políticas, aunque me habría gustado que esta ley/regla fuera más visible en la descripción del alojamiento. Me devolvieron la fianza al cabo de unos 7 días laborables.

The location was terrible for tourists.Far from tourist areas in a commercial area. Did not feel safe in nearby streets especially after dark. Staff were mostly helpful, but many were unable to communicate in English. Room itself was good, but this is not a hotel with typical hotel services ..it is an aparthotel with limited services Definitely would not stay there again.

It is very complicated to have a deposit that is not returned immediately but the day after checkout. They should have damage insurance and not complicate the payment process so much.

Pros: Nice decor Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Just across the tram. Good service and air conditioned. Small supermarket just 3 minutes away. Cons: No serviced room. I needed to take out my own trash. I needed to get towels at the reception desk. 300€ deposit. 2 days after check out I’m still waiting to get it back. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

Séjour prolongé du fait de la météo impactant les TGV. Hôtel 4 étoiles qui est un véritable cocon de confort et de qualité. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, climatisée et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux et fournis jusqu'à la fin. Personnel aux petits soins et à l'écoute ; piscine au top. Je recommande vivement cet établissement dans lequel je reviendrai sûrement.

In general we had a number of poorer experiences here. For 24 hours the wifi didn’t work. The hotel could not find our booking at check in. In addition, be prepared for the room not to be serviced daily (apart-hotel only has servicing every 4 days), and the lines for check in/reception are often 15-30 mins long

We enjoy our stay in general because we did not stay indoors for most of the trip. However, the sewage/toilet was a mess (it was foul smelling during the day and mostly at night) and the ventilation system was not efficient (because we were very hot all through the trip as we slept). The staff were polite and helpful on check in. The €300 deposit was a tad steep but I understand.

Buena atencion del staff. El cuarto muy lindo y amplio. Excesivo el cobro del deposito.
