Very comfortable home. Safe area and clean house. Would definitely stay again we are already planning our next trip.

Smelly toilet with bad drains. No AC. Mosquitos in area. Code is not provided by owner proactively so had to get access to code by asking. Frequently contacted at midnight by other guests trying to get in as they did not have code too.

Apartment had a washing machine. Needed help from another guest to get a phone number to get access to the key code. Expedia did nothing to support my family at midnight and accused me of being unable to find an email. Eventually contacted the residence owner directly to get the code. I had other guests knock on my door at midnight with exactly the same problem. No iron despite having an ironing board. No AC or fan which meant the apartment was unbearable with the heat and ended up with lots of AC. Owner did not reply to my messages on WIFI access and where an iron was. Bathroom stank of bad drains.

Publicité mensongère pour un établissement qui ne tient pas ses engagements, : Je suis arrivé hier soir dans une maison cette propre mais abandonnée, personne pour nous recevoir, pas de réceptionniste etc… J’appelle l’établissement, il m’indique le code d’accès, je leur demande comment se passe le petit déjeuner (INCLU DANS LE PRIX, la raison du choix de cet établissement), il me répond qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner. La plate-forme m’indique qu’un petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h30. Il est 9h15, rien, la maison reste déserte ! Quant à la nuit, elle a été horrible : chambre mal isolée phonétiquement, on entendait toute la nuit les avions… l’établissement ne répondait depuis plus au téléphone. Ce matin, j’ai appelé le num affiché dans la chambre en cas d’urgence qui m’a confirmé qu’il n’y aurait pas de petit déjeuner !

Pratique, calme propre et bien placé

There was not a “virtual assistant”, you had to download what’s app to get check in instructions and text the number labeled “contact property manager”. There was not breakfast provided. The room smelled musty. The lights to the back side of the building were not on or working and we arrived at night. The listing said private bathroom, it was shared with 3 other rooms. The AC unit was locked and we could not change it, so the room stayed hot. The towels were also stained, and the bath mat towel was for everyone to use. We will not stay here again.
