Arrivée tardive attribution d’une chambre pas faite(serviettes par terre lit défait) Appel de l’astreinte attente de 40mn pour résoudre le pbl, obligé de rappeler car « on m’avait oublié «  Pas de petit déjeuné le mardi matin (il n’y avait personne)

Chambre et salle de bain sui sentait fortement la cigarette. Étant arrivé tard, il n'y avait plus personne à l'accueil pour me plaindr. J'ai dû passer une nuit complète dans une chambre avec une odeur forte de cigarette
