Air conditioning didn't work in the room, which was very hot, so a poor night's rest ahead of a long drive the next day. A more minor thing, the reading light by the bed wasn't working. I complained to reception in the morning but was just told "sorry". The hotel shares reception and eating facilities with the cheaper Premiere Classe hotel, but I hoped that paying more for the Kyriad would mean a better standard of room with things like air conditioning and lights working, but I was disappointed. Is it really necessary to ask as a special request ahead of arriving to have a room with working facilities?
Séjour convenable de deux nuits. Proche des grands axes, propre, chambre climatisée et insonorisée ce qui est agréable.
arrivé et check top. petit dejeuner convenable et copieux- Bemol la climatisation n est pas assez puissante
Chambres spacieuses au calme, literies confortables mais climat HS...30 degrés dans la chambre fenêtre ouverte...
Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, elle ne refroidissait pas.

Cette fois ci tout a été top. Chambre propre et salle de bain aussi. Personel agréable et t serviable. Petit déjeuner bien aussi. Remarque. La salle de petit déjeuner etsis tres chaude. Pour quoi ne pas ouvrir les portes le matin pour rafraîchir. Pour ma part nous sommes aller sur la terrasse.topissime
De passage pour nous rendre dans le Sud
Zimmer war sauber, Duschbrause war leider undicht.
Kamer was goed. Schoon en netjes. Inchecken was gedoe. Hun internet deed het niet dus duurde mega lang. En dan een receptie man die amper Engels kan dus stond daar echt wortel te schieten.
