駅前で、電車、トラム、バスなどすぐ乗れるので便利です。部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 連泊しましたが、ルームクリーニングは何か足りない物が毎日有りました。しかしフロントが気持ちよく対応してくれたので、大きな問題では有りませんでした。

Quarto muito confortável e silencioso. Quarto grande e bem decorado. Banheiro grande. Janelas que abrem, se necessário. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Bom café da manhã. Boa localização, ao lado da estação de trem Part Dieu e de grande shopping e supermercado.

"Exceptional"

The Pullman is just steps from the Part Dieu train station. Bus, tramway and metro stations also there. Hotel and staff are top notch. Food and beverage is very good. Highly recommend Pullman for a centrally located hotel in Lyon. If I return, this will definitely be my choice hotel.

"Nice room, but terrible pillows."

Not the greatest stay. Check-in was ok (although some confusion about access to the lobby after midnight - they locked all doors and you had to be buzzed in). Room looks good, but bed had the worst pillows i have encountered in any hotel in the past year. Combined with unreasonably high temperatures, i was unable to get a good night's sleep. Shower could have more pressure, ventilation in bathroom didn't work or was too weak. Breakfast was ok.
