"Bad communication, bad service"

Housekeeping opened our door and turned our lights on at 7:45 am and then came back one hour late ! this was outrageous. This happened not only to us but to many other people that were also staying over, definitely disgusting hotel, terrible service and worse communication ever!

Great hotel But was busy due to a concert. Therefore long cue for check in but went pretty quickly. They where well prepared for this. Unfortunatly the bed for our son was not made up even after 4 request. Finnaly was made at night after the concert and we received a voucher as an apology. Nice hotel and nice staff.
