"A fair stay with a beautiful view, and close walking proximity to shops and restaurants."

The location was good and the view from the restaurant was lovely. The attention of the staff was excellent.

People were smoking all around, and I have young kids. They smoked by the pool and at the restaurant up top. There was a “no smoking” sign, but no staff reinforced this. We inhaled so much cigarette smoke, it burned our throats. The pool needed a good cleaning, as the water was really cloudy. There were some naked kids swimming in the pool, also. Not babies, but older (enough to wear a swimsuit). For the quality of the room, it was a bit overpriced. Everything needed a refresher.

"Excellent"

Nice views over the city and conveniently located above grocery store. Our kids also really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Despite reconfirming twice, our airport pick up didn’t arrive and we had to phone and wait which was annoying.

"Good hotel with clean rooms"

The hotel is nicely located on the hill overlooking the harbour and conveniently situated between the airport and a short 15 minute walk away from the centre of town. Booked the premier room with great view over the sea. Room is basic, bit dated, but clean. Bathroom is fine with working shower, bit of mould here and there but nothing to make you run for miles. No furniture on the balcony which is a bit weird considering the amazing view. Perfect hotel for getting to Komodo National Park! They offer buffet breakfast for 150,000 IDR, but we ate outside. The supermarket downstairs is really handy for last minute Bintang runs and opens until midnight. Lovely staff (thank you Theresa and Tina for looking after our room).

"Great Value and Wonderful Service"

I had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff were very friendly, especially Elsa, Sania, and Aldo, who were always kind and helpful. The location is great, close to the airport and many places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price, the value was excellent and the service was truly satisfying. Highly recommended!
