"Not a Family-Friendly Hotel"

The room is spacious and nicely renovated.

The room had a cigarette smell, despite the hotel’s claim of being smoke-free. When we asked for a room change, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Additionally, the walls between the rooms are hollow, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is very new and it is beautiful. The room was big and comfortable. The roof top pool very nice. The staff had been very kind and active to support all our needs and flexible in understanding how to handle some hiccups.

There are some improvements to be made in the service at the restaurants and the food was ok but not the best. We mentioned that to the staff which acknowledged and compensated us.
