Friendly and helpful staff, great aircon and the location was central.

The pillowcases had stains on them and seemed like they hadn’t been washed. One had stains that looked like blood. Bathroom is a bit of a let down. Not the cleanest and water pressure is pretty weak. It’s close to the train station so expect to hear a loud horn every 15 or so minutes.

The hotel is right next to Sudirman Baru station and has direct connectivity to the airport by airport train. It is also close to Sudirman metro and Tosari bus stations. Has hot and cold water dispenser, Great ac and lighting and superb hot water in the room. Location has street food stalls and needs some exploring to get familiar. No great restaurants in walking distance.

Shower unit can be improved

strategic location. In a quite street in the middle of city center. walking distance to various train line. Ideal for traveller.

The room cleaning can be improved. White towel with black spot should be retired instead of giving to guest

A very good location, close to the train to the airport and LRT. 1 point to improve is to have a better sound proof room/door as we could hear clearly other guest walking outside the room

Would I stay again?: Maybe. Welcome: None. Standard reception. Location: Central, close the biggest mall in the Indonesia. Hotel Area: Nothing particularly noteworthy, either good or bad. Staff: Very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness: Corners in of the room felt needs some cleaning. Room: Small. - Wardrobe: None. Juse a little hanger. - WiFi: Slow speed, not suitable for remote work with a heavy load. Food: No buffet or restaurant on the site. Pool: Not applicable. Value for Money: 10/10. Other: Floor tiles in bathroom makes it very slippery condition, a it of Health & Safety risk.
