Hyatt Place Makassar

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet offers great and delicious fresh options. The staff is incredibly friendly. This goes for each staff member from the reception to the housekeeping. The room is clean and the double room with a small sleeping sofa option and large double bed was perfect for our family of 4.

The reception desk is on the 2 floor and only accessible by 2 elevators, which is super annoying when a group is there or lots of people arrive at the same time. The waiting area in front of the elevators is small. One time it took us forever to get upstairs! There's no access to the stairs, so we could only wait. I would expect a bit more facilities. Like there's a game room, but only with 2 bean chairs. Please add more comfortable chairs so parents can sit too. There's a tent for a younger child, but I would expect a bit more toys or small games for younger children for the price you pay.

Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed, prima douche, goed ontbijt en handige locatie.

Het zwembad ligt aan de kant waar nooit zon komt en het water is ijskoud, dus dat is echt onbruikbaar. Jammer!

Very nice hotel.

The staff is very friendly and very well trained. It’s very clean everywhere.

The pool lookes amazing, but because the sun doesn’t come to that side of the hotel the water is freezing.
