From the moment they pick you up, and up until the moment they drop you off, the whole stay was amazing. The pictures basically reflect what you get. I loved that they decorated the room for us as we were celebrating our engagement. The staff was soooo sweet, they remembered our names and always welcomed us personally. The room was spacious and kept constantly clean for us. It was close to the swimming pool and the beach. The two restaurants on location was perfect - both western and Indonesian cuisine. It would have been nicer if they had a pool where it was deeper so you could actually swim. I think the deepest pool they had was 1.2m.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer fröhlich. Direkt neben dem Hotel hat es auch Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, welcher nach Bintan geht.
