There were bed bugs in the bed/room which I noticed 30mins after checking. I then grabbed my stuff and said I was leaving. The staff refused to give me a refund and said they could spray the bed for me to stay.

More ventilation in the bathroom would be nice si it gets dry fast

Hostel is near to a lot of cafés & restaurants. Great for short stays. Staff were nice. :)

The cleanliness could be better, especially the toilet.

Our aircondition didn’t work but they upgraded us without question to a lovely room. Comfortable beds and a nice small pool. Location is perfect.

Sent a n email to the hotel with no response. A a top line of issues as a list in order to keep this concise - check in was weird as front desk person was in the back on their phone - no water access for 2-3 hours TWICE during the stay. Both times affected schedules and well being during the trip. Took a video of second occurrence - A rat in the tub which was living in the drain, making it unsuitable to use(one of the reasons I booked this room) - the a/c dripping during the first night. Fixed on second night (thank you) but again was the first of many issues - non airtight room- for the price paid I assumed the room would be better maintained. It did not look like how it does in the pictures. Further pictures attached of the worn down curtains with many holes as well as dirty walls. - property was worn down and many facilities broken/out of use. Like the bar and kitchens. - lastly internet was unusable for the entire stay. Staff said it was an area issue but in order to do my work I had to go to a coworking space at a different business. Would unfortunately not book again

Cute little place, centrally located. It has restaurants and shops just minutes away. The outdoor bathroom was neat.

There is very little, if any, soundproofing and all the noise from the street comes straight to the room. If you're not a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. If you are a lightsleeper, you may want to consider another place. There was no wardrobe or anyplace to put things. The room does need maintenance, there is some low hanging fruit... one of two wall hangers was missing a nail and so was crooked. A blind slate was broken. The bedsheets were stained. NOTE the front window appears tinted as you're entering. That is very much not the case. If you leave your curtains open you are on display.

Location is great, we managed to walk almost everywhere. Close to the beach, great cafes and shops. The hotel is pleasant in the common areas, very nice coworking space, pleasant pool. The room is spacious and the outdoor bathroom is a lovely way to welcome you to Bali (we stayed there on our first nights).

Room could use an uplift (painting, changing of fabrics); missing a wardrobe/somewhere to hang clothes.

- The doors are closing badly & it had a lot of cockroaches, Mosquitos - loud because of the Street close by

The property was clean and felt safe, and the staff spoke very adequate English so could assist with all inquiries

It was a bit noisy, but you cannot change the location
