"Avoid, aggressive staff and no soundproofing"

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Staff were not just unhelpful but aggressive, to the point I didn’t feel safe staying there. Loud environment, zero soundproofing, and no respect from management. I left early because I felt pressured and intimidated. Travelers deserve better.
