The pool was too cold while the weather was windy very unpleasant for kids The kids club was just ok, nothing special There was no kids activity The price was so high

- Impeccable service from all hotel staff, especially Mr. Diaz. - Wonderful design, the lobby during night is magical. - The heated pool complements my pleasant stay.

The pool water quality and cleanliness could be improved. Would be nice if whirlpool section available in the seating area of the pool.
