"Hotel Bagus, staff kurang banyak"

Hotel baru bagus Tapi kesiapan jumlah karyawan masih kurang. Pesanan makan di kamar over 1 jam. Saat datang sudah dingin makanya. Bfast juga di restoran pesan mie tak datang2 karena staff kurang.

Very nice room, great breakfast, very nice view from hotel. Friendly staff. New, modern hotel with beautiful swimming pool.

Just hotel, no garden or possibility to walk around.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff, but let down by really poor service. I have never been in a five star hotel where they do not let you charge items to a room account. We waited more than one hour in an empty restaurant to get served a sandwich at lunchtime, and although they say they serve breakfast in in-room dining, when ordered they said they could not do it. After a few calls they eventually agreed they could do it, then brought the wrong order! Truly hopeless and not worth five stars.
