Comfortable bed Nice interior design and lighting Overall clean Spacious

Shower knob is loose and fell out, informed the receptionist but they didn't repair it next 48hrs. Faucet is loose and wobbling, need extra push to completely stop the water. There is no stool or chair in the room Noise isolation is bad, footsteps are loud. Water station near the elevator for room water jug refill doesn't match the jug height, and is very low -- making it very awkward to refill the water.
