Permata Hijau

Not much. It was barely serviceable as a hotel.

No wifi in the room. No water fountains in the building. Unsafe electrical appliances. Missing lightbulbs. Barely any hot water. No lift. Breakfast delivered at our door at 6:15am unprompted (we were sleeping, as one does). An overall shoddy experience, we left after one night despite having the whole week booked. This is not a three star hotel. This feels like one star. Don't go there.

Big room, good service, nice people eventhough old hotel with remarkable located situation and good food, close to center of town by walking some minutes and can find some street food but needs some walking and or transportation like motorcycle

I was visiting cirebon for 2 days and stayed at permata hijau hotel for 1 night. The reception and staff was ok, friendly, but hmm i can tell that not really helpful because i asked where the best part in cirebon good to see they not really sure, well,that’s not big deal for me actually. Hotel was big, has big parking area. The room was big, but very under maintenance, the sheets are kind of dirty, many spots, shower not work well, they have bathtub but really really smelly and not so good. i didn’t use it actually. well, for the price and location are good.

It is a nice budget hotel located exactly in the downtown of Cirebon. It is accesible from the main railway station. I use airy rooms to book this hotel. I get some compliments here. The breakfast is also tasteful.

The prime location hotel but below standard hotel manage and service. Stay in room 204 fom 5 to 9 September 2016. The quality of cleanliness very poor , room never clean as standar Housekeeping services how ever We stay 4 nite in this hotel , poor linen looks never laundered, small and below standar quality towels, big cockroach on the bed . Poor Food and beverage product and services . Food tasteless , set up breakfast very poor. Service coffee cup but not set up saucer .
