Cleanliness and staff behavior is good. Lounge and restaurant are good.

Breakfast can be provided with more verities. Being a tourist place and more Indian tourists are visiting, a vegetarian item can be part of breakfast like Idli, Dosa, poha, Chapati etc. Hope you can include and improve breakfast quality and items. Ambience and corridors can be improved.

The staff were friendly and always smiling, but nothing was actually done to fix the problems. I would never stay here again.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — stains on the walls and doors, grimy furniture, and dirty, stained cushions. The bathroom was a nightmare with peeling paint, grime, a musty smell, and clear signs of mold. The place feels run-down and badly needs a full renovation. It’s shocking they charge so much for these conditions. The staff were friendly and always smiling, but nothing was actually done to fix the problems. I would never stay here again.

Location is perfect, a new hotel with very good conditions. Clean and confortable rooms even they are small but are eficient.Location excelent on Sunset road near Semyniak and a lot of good stuff.

Breakfast is not ok. You need to provide more continental stuff instead of only indonesian food. There is no cheese on breakfast,,,,,,
