Kuta Living

Close to town and nice and quiet with a long pool. Bed was super comfy and had a huge fridge in the room with good air conditioning

No where on site to buy drinks or snack, but there is a store right next door. Would be difficult to find if you dont have a driver.

The proprty is old, but staff is friendly. It's close to Kuta Beach and plenty of restaurants.

No breakfast

Very hard to find our Taxi driver had never heard of it. He called his base and they finally after 30 minutes found the place. There is no entrance to drive a car to it. You had to walk down a dark lane to the building. I found a little sign on the side on the side of the building next morning. There was no reception just a table near the pool. A little man with no uniform was standing there with a piece of paper with my name on it. He could not speak English. There was no chairs or table in the room, nowhere to hang your clothes, toilets and shower needed painting. No bottled water to clean your teeth also had a mouldy smell in the room. Very disappointed. we booked out next morning. and went to a real hotel. I paid for nine nights stayed for one. I will not be using Booking.com again.

Great location. Large king size comfortable beds. Great large pool.

Good location, air conditioning and coffee making facilities.

Hard to sleep at night with noise around the building. No proper reception area. A bit run down in parts.

Good big pool and good location to be able to walk to lots of restaurants and the beach.

There was renovation being done, the hotel doesn’t feel complete which ruined the feel of the stay, there was no reception or anything just a shabby table which when we approached and said the name of the hotel we booked the staff was confused and had to ask someone else, maybe put a note to your customers if there is any renovations happening. Rooms seem a bit tired but clean, seating outside the room would also be nice ☺️
